Paying for your appointment

We've made every effort to make your dental needs accessible and affordable. Payment on the day of your appointment is expected. Payment plans available, approved prior to treatment.

What we accept

Payment options & support

HICAPS

Health insurance

We accept all health insurance cards. Our HICAPS terminal makes on-the-spot claims easy — we automatically claim from your insurer after your appointment by swiping your card. Any gap payments are due on the day, unless otherwise agreed.

DVA

Department of Veterans' Affairs

The DVA funds all dental services, provided under DVA arrangements, necessary to meet a clinical need for Gold Card holders. White Card holders are covered only for dental treatment related to accepted disabilities. If unsure, call DVA before your appointment.

Payment plans

National Dental Plan

Payment plans available through our dental-specific financing partner, National Dental Plan. Don't leave your dental treatment waiting — receive it now and pay it off in instalments. As little as 0% deposit and no interest charged, ever.

Medicare

Child Dental Benefits

The Medicare Child Dental Benefits Scheme allows children aged 2–17 to claim $1,026 over 2 calendar years for a range of dental services at a private clinic. It's aimed at families already receiving benefits like Family Tax Benefit A. Check eligibility via myGov, call 132 307, or ask us to check for you.

Concession

Health Care & Pension Concession cards

Government-subsidised dental health services are no longer available in full at our clinic. They become eligible when waitlists at the hospital dental clinic are too long. Talk to us if you're unsure of your situation.

Complimentary

Free consultations

We're happy to provide a complimentary consultation for Invisalign, dental implants, and veneers. No charge, no obligation — just an honest conversation about whether the treatment is right for you.

Transparency

No surprise bills. Ever.

We never start treatment without estimating the cost first. If you're ever unsure, ask what the treatment will cost before anything is done.

We always provide an approximate treatment plan before embarking on any invasive treatment — and if you'd prefer to spread treatment across multiple visits to manage cost, just say so. We'll work with you.

One thing to bear in mind: cavities continue to grow unless they're addressed. Waiting too long can turn a simple filling into a much bigger problem, especially if bacteria reach the pulp or nerve. Early action is almost always cheaper action.
